Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Rich Lancaster is responsible for developing the company’s strategic vision and financial plan, providing leadership for the executive team and staff, and overseeing all day-to-day operations. Rich joins the company from Compact, where he was CEO. He brings to AccuData more than 25 years of experience, including a depth of industry experience at leading companies such as Compact, Dun and Bradstreet, and InfoLink/Equifax – as well as Nextel Communications and Printing Control (a CGX Company).
BREE VERRENGIA
Executive Vice President, Data Solutions, Customer Service and Sales Operations
Bree Verrengia is responsible for maintaining best practices in quality assurance, customer service, oversight for product delivery and vendor relations. She spearheads initiatives to align customer service goals with the client needs, ensuring accurate communication between the sales and service departments. Bree has been with AccuData since 2000, bringing over 10 years experience in customer service management. Prior to AccuData, she held posts with major retailers in customer service operations and management.
ERIC MCGRAIL
Senior Vice President, Technology Solutions
Eric heads the development, database, and production departments responsible for delivering software systems, marketing databases, and custom production solutions for our clients. Eric has been part of the AccuData team since 1996 and has led the development and deployment of technology solutions for industry leading companies in the club and continuity, retail, telecom, and hospitality verticals. He and his team work closely with our clients and our account, analytic, and data teams to ensure their success.
JILL CORCORAN
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Jill Corcoran is responsible for the strategic vision, development and implementation of all human resource programs and policies, including benefit management, recruitment, employee relations and training. Since joining AccuData in 1996, she has been instrumental in launching programs to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion. Previously, Jill held posts in the technology and hospitality industries. Jill holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and she earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2003 and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
MONROE SMITH
Vice President, Product Development and Business Technology
Monroe Smith has held positions at AccuData in a variety of senior operational and IT management roles, including customer service, training/production and project management since 1999. Most recently, he led a major revision of AccuLeads.com encompassing all functionality, online fulfillment, application development and maintenance support. His resume includes leadership experience across accounting, network, and development groups. Monroe holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and is a professional member of PMI (Project Management Institute).
TED ZOLLINGER
Vice President, Client Services
Ted leads the day to day account oversight for our large, integrated data solutions. He has over 20 years experience designing and executing direct marketing campaigns and using the results of these efforts to improve future marketing plans. Before joining Hyphos360, Ted headed up the Marketing Operations group at Columbia House, where he was responsible for the execution and analysis of all of their direct mail and telemarketing efforts, customer database development, and generating process efficiencies across their various clubs. Prior to that, he held various marketing positions at American Family Enterprises, Time Inc. and Lillian Vernon.
