The AccuData Master List Rental Agreement was updated October 1^st, 2014

AccuData has updated the MLRA to include verbiage that speaks to our top data providers and passing on their contractual needs. We have removed mandatory pricing sections to allow ease of written revisions when necessary. Our Email section now includes CASL verbiage to provide increased legal coverage. We also added sections to cover automatic update inclusions and posted legal notices.
