"A True Partnership"
What started as a last-minute RFP submission in late 2014 has blossomed into what one prominent agency client calls a “true partnership”. When a direct marketing agency sought a data partner for a national auto club chain’s needs, it was our in-house data capabilities that won them over. The agency was particularly impressed that we house the 5 major national compilers’ data files, marketing analytics, and data hygiene under one roof. But it has been the strategy sessions, routine consultations, and day-to-day work with our highly tenured staff that has solidified this relationship through the years.
AccuData’s agency-like approach enabled us to quickly add value to the client as an embedded member of their team. Beyond the dedicated staff and resources that were assigned to the agency and the auto club, the customer insight and industry intelligence that we provided was paramount.
As the relationship between the agency and their auto club client grew, so did our relationship with the agency. We now provide a full suite of services, including data solutions; customer profiling, modeling and analytics; email marketing; and digital marketing for many of the agency’s clients. Our team regularly offers helpful tips and advice and has even conducted full training sessions for some of the agency’s clients. And, perhaps something we are most proud of, as the agency brings on new clients, they entrust AccuData to be part of the process.
